Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cornmeal
  • ¾ cup Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Brown Sugar Optional

Wet Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions
 

  • preheat oven to 350°
  • in a medium bowl mix all dry ingredients together
  • in a small bowl mix all wet ingredients
  • Fold wet ingredients into dry ones
  • Pour into a 10in well seasoned cast iron skillet and bake in oven for 25 to 30min depends on your oven.
  • Enjoy
